How our charging works
Your first conversation is free. We use it to understand your situation and whether we can genuinely help. There is no charge and no obligation.
Every cost is agreed in writing before work starts. If we recommend a piece of chargeable work — a financial plan, a pension review, a settlement analysis — you receive the cost in writing first, and nothing proceeds until you agree it.
Ongoing service is optional and reviewable. Clients who want regular reviews and continuing management agree an ongoing charge, disclosed clearly and reviewed with you — not buried in a product.
